Personal Story / Motivation:
Despite taking countless assessments before engaging with Hogan, I never realized that my greatest strength, creativity, could sometimes go into overdrive and unintentionally undermine my credibility. After being recognized for this ability and seeing how it can “misfire” under stress, I’ve learned how to manage it effectively. This awareness allows me to be both highly productive and collaborative, and to help others do the same.
